We are looking for a competent Caregiver to care for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner. It’s an often demanding job as you will have to be available for most of the day and week. But, it can also be very satisfying and rewarding, since people who are ill, injured, disabled or elderly are thankful for high-quality assistance. The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients.
Responsibilities Include: Help clients take prescribed medication Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.) Assist clients with personal care and hygiene Help clients with physical therapy exercises Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able) Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own Be a pleasant and supportive companion Report any unusual incidents Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Requirements: Proven experience as a caregiver Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR) Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards Respectful and compassionate Good time management skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong ethics Physical endurance High school diploma or equivalent
Duties will include, but are not be limited to: Scheduling Personal Care Aides. Customer service/support. Administrative duties including billing. Quarterly site visits to clients (must be willing to drive). Client/Caregiver relations. Matching up clients/caregivers by personality, availability, location and skill level. Coaching and counseling caregivers. Email communications. Phone communications. Confirming schedules for billing & payroll. On-call (handling call offs & emergency situations).

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated Seattle-based audio Producer to manage and develop Alleva's podcast interviews. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Produce, edit, and post multiple podcast episodes each month. Research ideas and find supporting information efficiently. Know how to organize and work with a team. Collaborate with talent on show topics and segments. Show creativity and be a thought and idea leader. Show an eagerness to learn, a hunger to work hard, and an ability to get things done. Plan and develop a schedule in conjunction with content, programming, and analytic teams. Work with production leadership to schedule editing and post-production needs.
Accomplished researcher and creative thinker who knows how and where to find interesting stories. Strong writing and producing skills. 1+ years feature producing audio and video content. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Proven leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with production and editing staff at all levels. Ability to communicate ideas effectively and efficiently. Proven skills in working with talent and interview subjects. Experience with all forms of visual storytelling, digital and linear. Knowledge of digital post-production process using Adobe and Apple software. Adobe Premiere and Audition editing knowledge and understanding preferred.
Develop strategy with executive team and outside marketing strategist. Segment customer lists for a variety of initiatives. Plan and executes marketing campaigns. Champion and enforce consistent messaging and branding through all customer facing channels. Work in lockstep with Founder in managing PR. Fully assist sales staff with promotional events, taking every opportunity to join the events as needed. Conduct industry research to get to know our market better. Design new print collateral or work with future designated designers as needed. Lead Marketing Coordinator to success in content creation and social media management. Collaborate with contractors to optimize SEO/PPC campaigns. Gather analytical data and create test strategies. Work with media or advertising partners. Assist in planning company events, for staff only and/or for clients and 3rd party partners.

You’re driven, tech-savvy, easily adaptable to industry changes, and are comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-growing workplace. You’re relentlessly proactive and organized, and pitch in to help your colleagues when they need it. A college degree in a related field and industry experience is required.
