Why choose us?

Additional Background Screening

Additional Background Screening

As part of our selection process, we conduct extensive criminal background checks and driving record verification to give our clients peace of mind knowing that their caregivers are not only competent providers, but also good, responsible citizens.

Selective Hiring

Selective Hiring

As you consider the right care options for you and your family, please know that less than 10% of our candidates are invited to join our team, ensuring that a select group of highly-skilled caregivers are providing care services. Our caregivers are compassionate, punctual, dependable, interested in expanding their skillset by ongoing education, communicative, respectful, organized, and adaptable to changes in daily routines.

No Long-Term Contracts

No Long-Term Contracts

We understand that family circumstances can change and are often unpredictable. Because of this, we have designed contract options that are realistic for today's families who are balancing multiple responsibilities, including those involving financial matters. We pride ourselves with maintaining flexibility, and know that long-lasting relationships are forged in the fires of trust and not ironclad contracts.

Unique Matching Process

Unique Matching Process

We take pride in our in-depth assessment process, in which we not only learn about our clients' physical needs, but also connect with them on a human level -- learning about their interests and preferences, to best match them with the perfect caregiver who is not only skilled to perform the necessary services, but one who is a best personality match to ensure a long-lasting relationship.

Nurse-Delegated Care

Nurse-Delegated Care

We want to assure that your and your loved ones' care needs are safely provided with nurse delegation. This means that a registered nurse delegator (RND) oversees special health care tasks, such as managing and administering medications. RNDs completed training required by Washington State and follow all laws estabilished by the Nursing Commission.

Lower Overhead Costs

Lower Overhead Costs

Maintaining lower overhead costs allows us to offer our service at reasonable rates for our clients and families. We do this by keeping staff turnover to a minimum, training our caregivers to do their jobs effectively, staying efficient with use of helpful technology and utilizing best administrative practices in daily operations.
